Access the MyCNBox Spreadsheet (typically a Google Sheets or Excel file). Create a personal copy to be your master order file for each purchasing cycle.
For each item you intend to purchase, fill in the following columns:

| Product Link (URL) | The exact webpage link to the product. This is crucial for agents to find the correct item. |
| Item Description | Size, color, style, and any specific customization notes. |
| Quantity & Price | Number of units and the price per unit in your local currency or CNY. |
| Seller/Store Name | Helps in identifying the source, especially if issues arise later. |
Once you submit the order to your agent, update columns like Order Date, Paid Amount, and Agent Order Number. Change the Status
When your agent sends Quality Control photos, insert the image links or use the spreadsheet's insert image function in the QC PhotosQC Approval
As items are consolidated and shipped, record the Domestic Tracking NumberInternational Tracking Number, and the Shipping Cost. Update the Status
Upon receipt, mark the item as "Delivered". You can add final notes on the product's condition. Archive the completed sheet for future reference or cost analysis.
Use cell colors: Yellow for ordered, Blue for QC, Green for shipped. Visual cues speed up scanning.
Make product links and QC photo links clickable for one-click access.
Log any communication with sellers or agents about delays, changes, or issues.
When sharing with an agent, provide view-only or comment-only access to prevent accidental edits.
