Once your seller ships your items to the LoongBuy consolidation warehouse, tracking their journey and confirming safe arrival is simple and transparent. This guide will walk you through the process.
Step 1: Access Your Member Dashboard
Log in to your LoongBuy accountMember Dashboard. Your inbound packages will be listed under sections such as "In Transit," "Warehouse,""My Parcels."
Step 2: Interpret the Domestic Tracking Information
After the seller dispatches your item, they will provide a domestic tracking number
- Find the entry for your new item with its provided tracking number.
- The status will typically show as
"In Transit (Domestic)" - You can often click the tracking number to see detailed updates on the carrier's website, though translation may be needed.
Key domestic statuses to look for: "Picked Up", "In Transit", "Arrived at Destination".
Step 3: Confirm Warehouse Arrival
The most critical update happens when the package reaches our facility. In your dashboard:
- The status will change to
"Arrived at Warehouse""Received". - You will receive a system notification
- The item will now move from your "In Transit""Warehouse Storage"
- Here, you will see new details: LoongBuy's internal parcel ID, measured weight & dimensions, and a storage photo.
Step 4: Receive & Review Your QC Photos
Once the item is processed and checked in by our warehouse staff, Quality Control (QC) photos
To view them:
- Go to your "Warehouse Storage"
- Click on the item or find the button labeled "View Photos", "QC Photos", or similar.
- A gallery will open, typically showing multiple angles, close-ups of tags/details, and any visible flaws to help you verify the item's condition before international shipment.
This is your chance to confirm the item matches your order before proceeding with consolidation and shipping.
