Labeling: Your Item's Digital Passport

The CNFANS barcode label is critical. It contains all essential information linked to your account and item. Please ensure seller labels do not cover or interfere with our barcode. Do not remove or damage the CNFANS label, as this will delay processing.

How to Request Packaging for Shipment

When you are ready to ship your items, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log into your CNFANS Member Portal.
  2. Navigate to "My Warehouse"
  3. Select the items you wish to ship by checking their corresponding boxes or scanning their barcodes.
  4. Click the "Submit for Packing""Create Shipment"
  5. Choose your preferred packaging option
  6. Review all fees (packaging, shipping, insurance) and confirm the request.

Once submitted, our warehouse team will retrieve your items, pack them according to your instructions, weigh the final package, and generate the shipping label. You will receive a notification with tracking information once the parcel is dispatched.
