The Step-by-Step Guide to Rating Sellers
Step 1: Locate the Seller in the Spreadsheet
Open the community-maintained Kakobuy Spreadsheet
Step 2: Fill in the Rating Columns
Each seller typically has a row with several key columns for feedback. Please update these based on your recent haul experience:
- Communication (1-5):
- QC Speed & Quality (1-5):
- Item Accuracy (1-5):
- Shipping & Packaging (1-5):
- Overall Rating (1-5):
Step 3: Add Detailed Comments
This is the most helpful part for other users! In the comments or experience
"Haul received 10/05/2023. QC in 2 days. Jordans were excellent, tags perfect. T-shirt print was slightly misaligned from advertised pic, but seller gave a partial refund. Would use again."
Mention specific items, any issues (stitching, colors, logos), and how the seller resolved problems.
Step 4: Mark Trustworthy Shops
If a seller consistently performed well across multiple metrics, update their 'Trust Level' or 'Status' cell"Trusted", "Recommended", or "Green Light". Only do this after a very positive experience.
Step 5: Update QC Outcome
Some sheets have a QC Outcome column. Mark if your item was:
GL (Green Light)RL (Red Light)⚠ Partial Refund
