What Happens After You Submit a LoongBuy Order
Once your product successfully arrives at LoongBuy's warehouse, it doesn't just get stored away. Instead, it enters a critical and meticulous Quality Check (QC)

The process begins the moment your package is logged into our warehouse system. The item is unpacked in a controlled area and assigned a unique tracking ID. Our QC team then performs a preliminary visual inspection to check for obvious shipping damage and verifies that the item matches your order details (model, color, size, etc.).

A trained QC specialist meticulously examines the product. This examination covers:
- Build Quality:
- Cosmetic Condition:
- Functionality (if applicable):
- Completeness:

This is a core part of our transparency promise. We take multiple high-resolution photos of your actual item, not a stock model. These typically include:
- Front, back, and side views.
- Close-ups of logos, labels, and serial numbers.
- Images of any specific areas noted during inspection (both perfect and imperfect).
- Photos of all included accessories and packaging.

If our specialist identifies any issue, it is meticulously documented in a Defect Report. Each defect is classified (e.g., Minor Cosmetic, Major Functional) and clearly described. This report, alongside the photos, provides you with a complete and honest assessment of the product's condition, allowing you to make an informed decision.

At this stage, you are in control. We send you a notification with the QC results. You can then:
