How to Merge QC and Shipping Data in Hoobuy Spreadsheet
Step 2: Enable QC Photo Integration
Ensure your QC photo settings are linked to the spreadsheet. When QC is completed for an order, the system will automatically:
- Upload the inspection photos to a cloud folder.
- Generate a viewable thumbnailQC_Photo
- Record the QC pass/fail status and date in adjacent columns.
