Not quite satisfied with the standard Quality Check (QC) photos? Sometimes you need a closer look before approving your item for shipping. This tutorial will guide you through the simple process of contacting SuperBuy's QC team to request additional inspection images.
Why Request Extra Photos?
SuperBuy provides standard QC photos for free, which typically include overview shots, labels, and logos. However, you might want extra photos to:
- Check specific details, material texture, or stitching.
- Look at tags, serial numbers, or hidden parts.
- Verify color accuracy under different lighting.
- Inspect for potential flaws or damages not visible in the standard set.
How to Request Additional QC Photos
Step 1: Log In & Navigate to "My Warehouse"
Log into your SuperBuy account. Go to "My SuperBuy""My Warehouse". Here you will see all your purchased items that are stored in the warehouse.
Step 2: Locate the Item and Open QC Photos
Find the item you need more photos of. Click on "View"
Review the current photos carefully to confirm what angles or details are missing.
Step 3: Click "Apply for More Photos"
Below the existing photo album, you will find a button or link labeled "Apply for More Photos"
Step 4: Submit Your Detailed Request
A request form will appear. Here, you must clearly specify your requirements
"Please provide a close-up photo of the shoe's sole stitching."
"Could you take a photo of the inside washing label?"
"Please take a picture of the back of the item under natural light."
The more precise you are, the better the QC team can assist you.
Step 5: Confirm and Pay the Service Fee (If Applicable)
For most standard photo requests (e.g., specific angles, labels), SuperBuy offers 3 free requests per item. Excessive or highly complex requests (like video) may incur a small fee, which will be clearly displayed before you confirm. Review and submit your request.
Step 6: Wait for the Update
Once submitted, the QC team usually processes requests within 1-2 business days. You will receive a system notification or see an updated photo album in your warehouse once the new photos are ready. Check back in "My Warehouse" under the same item.
