Once a seller ships your items to the LoongBuy warehouse, tracking the journey and confirming safe arrival is simple and transparent. Follow this guide to monitor your parcel's progress every step of the way.
Step-by-Step Tracking Process
Step 1: Access Your Dashboard
Log in to your LoongBuy account and navigate to "My Warehouse""My Parcels"
Step 2: Locate the Domestic Tracking Number
After the seller dispatches your item, the status will update to "Shipped by Seller". You will see a domestic Chinese tracking number
Step 3: Interpret Domestic Tracking Information
Click on the tracking number or the 'Track' button. The updates will typically be in Chinese. Here are common statuses and their meanings:
- 已揽收 / 已收件 运输中 到达 [City] 中转中心 派送中 已签收
Step 4: Confirm Warehouse Arrival in Your Dashboard
Once the carrier marks the parcel as "已签收" (Delivered), our system automatically updates the item's status. In your dashboard, look for:
