The Step-by-Step Quality Control Journey
Step 1: Intake & Registration
Upon arrival, your item is logged into our system. It is assigned a unique ID, linked to your order, and placed in the QC queue.
Step 2: Comprehensive Physical Inspection
Our QC specialists thoroughly examine the item for:
- Accuracy:
- External Condition:
- Functionality:
- Completeness:
Step 3: Detailed Photo Uploads
We take multiple high-resolution photos of your actual item. These typically include:
- Front, back, and side views.
- Close-ups of labels, serial numbers, and logos.
- Images of all included accessories.
- Any specific angles you may request.
These photos are uploaded to your account dashboard for your review.
Step 4: Defect Reporting & Communication
Transparency is key.
- Clearly describe the flaw (e.g., "2mm scratch on lower left corner").
- Include annotated photos pointing to the exact defect.
- Be immediately shared with you via your dashboard and notification.
Step 5: Customer Approval or Instruction
This is your decision point. Based on the photos and any defect reports, you choose how to proceed:
- Approve for Storage/Shipping:
- Request a Return/Exchange:

Your order will not proceed further without your explicit instruction.
