How to Use MuleBuy: A Complete Beginner's Guide

We will walk you through the entire operation process of the MuleBuy platform, from account registration to package shipment. Step 1: Account Registration & Login

First, visit the MuleBuy official website. Locate and click the "Sign Up" or "Register" button, usually found in the top right corner of the homepage.

Fill in the required information, such as your email address and a secure password. After submitting, check your email to verify your account. Once verified, you can log in to your new MuleBuy account.

Step 2: Adding Product Links

After logging in, you will enter your personal dashboard. Find the input bar labeled "Add Item Link" or "Paste Link Here".

Copy the product URL from your desired Chinese e-commerce website (like Taobao, Tmall, or 1688) and paste it into this bar. Click the "Add" or "Check" button to proceed.

Step 3: Selecting Specifications (Size, Color, Quantity)

The system will fetch the product details. On the new page, carefully select all necessary specifications such as size, color, version, and quantity. Ensure your choices match the options available on the original product page.

Review the unit price and any additional notes, then click "Add to Cart" or "Submit" to save the item.

Step 4: Contacting Customer Service

If you have any questions about a product, warehouse service, or logistics, use the platform's built-in customer service. Look for the live chat icon (often a speech bubble) usually located at the bottom or side of the page.

You can also submit inquiries via email or the "Help Center". Clearly describe your issue for the fastest and most accurate support.

Step 5: Order Confirmation & Cart Checkout

Go to your "Shopping Cart". Review all items, their specifications, and prices. Make any final adjustments, then click "Proceed to Checkout" or "Confirm Order".

On the order confirmation page, double-check the total amount, including product costs and estimated domestic shipping (within China) to the agent's warehouse.

Step 6: Account Recharge & Payment

MuleBuy typically requires you to recharge your account wallet before payment. Navigate to "My Account" or "Wallet", then select "Recharge".

Choose your preferred payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer), enter the amount to recharge (ensure it covers your order total), and complete the transaction securely.

After a successful recharge, return to your pending order and select "Pay with Balance" to complete the payment.

Step 7: Choosing International Logistics

Once your items arrive at the MuleBuy warehouse, you will receive a notification. Go to "My Parcels" or "Warehouse". Here, you can apply for parcel consolidation if you have multiple items.

Select "Ship Internationally". You will be presented with different logistics channels (e.g., Air Freight, Sea Freight, Express) with varying prices and delivery times. Compare and select the one that best suits your needs.

Step 8: Finalizing Shipping & Tracking Your Package

After choosing the logistics channel, confirm the destination address, declare the package contents and value, and pay the international shipping fee using your account balance.

Your parcel will then be processed and shipped. A tracking number will be provided in your "My Parcels" section. You can use this number to track the shipment's journey to your doorstep.
