What is LoongBuy's QC Process?
Every item purchased through LoongBuy undergoes professional inspection before shipment. Our warehouse team:
- Takes multiple high-resolution QC photos from different angles
- Verifies item specifications (size, color, material, etc.)
- Checks for defects or damage
- Confirms packaging integrity
Once completed, these QC images become available in your account for review.
How to View Your Quality Check Photos
- 1. Log in to your LoongBuy account
- 2. Navigate to My Orders
- 3. Locate the item pending QC approval
- 4. Click View QC Photos
- 5. Zoom in to examine fine details, textures, measurements, and labels
Approving or Requesting Modifications
If satisfied with quality
- Click Approve for Shipment
- Item will be packaged and dispatched within 1 business day
If modifications are needed
- Select request type (replacement, repair, customization, or refund)
- Attach screenshots highlighting specific issues with annotations
- Provide detailed instructions for resolution
- Click Request Modification
Important Notes
- The QC request deadline: Within 72 hours
- High-value items automatically get additional inspection and photos
- For fashion items, dimension measurements are included in QC series
- Video inspection reports are available upon special request
