At LoongBuy, we ensure every product meets your expectations through a rigorous Quality Control (QC) process. This guide explains how to review QC photos, request modifications, or reject items before shipment.

Step 1: Accessing Your QC Photos

Once your items arrive at our warehouse, our QC team conducts inspections and uploads high-resolution photos to your account. To view them:

1. Log into your LoongBuy account
2. Navigate to "My Orders"     "Ongoing Purchases"
3. Click "QC Photos" next to each item

Tip: Zoom in to examine stitching, logos, colors, and material quality clearly.

Step 2: Evaluating Quality

When reviewing QC images, check for:

• Correct size/specifications (measurements provided)
• Color accuracy against product description
• Manufacturing defects (stains, scratches, misalignment)
• Logo/text placement and accuracy
• Accessories and packaging completeness

Step 3: Taking Action

Found an issue? You have three options:

Option A: Approve for Shipment

Click "Approve" if items meet standards. Your package will proceed to shipping within 24 hours.

Option B: Request Modifications

For adjustable issues (e.g., loose threads, minor stains):

1. Click "Request Changes"
2. Specify required modifications in the textbox
3. Upload circled/annotated QC photos for reference

Our team will coordinate with suppliers and provide revised QC photos within 2-3 business days.

Option C: Reject Items

For significant defects (incorrect items, major flaws):

1. Click "Reject Items"
2. Select a reason from the dropdown menu
3. Provide detailed explanation (required)

You'll receive a full refund for rejected items, or can request replacement sourcing.

Special Cases

Clothing items:

Request fit-on-model photos for ¥5/item before evaluation

Electronic devices:

Functional testing videos available for ¥8/product
