Understanding LoongBuy’s QC Process
After placing an order with LoongBuy, our team conducts a comprehensive quality check before shipping. Here’s what happens during the LoongBuy QC
- Your items are inspected for defects, damages, or inconsistencies.
- High-resolution QC images
- Measurements and color accuracy are verified.
How to View Your Quality Check Photos
Once inspection is complete, you’ll receive a notification via email or the app with access to your QC photos. Follow these steps to review them:
- Log in to your LoongBuy account.
- Navigate to "My Orders"
- Click on "QC Images"
- Zoom in for detailed inspection and compare against product expectations.
How to Reject Items or Request Changes
If the product doesn’t meet quality standards, you have two options:
Option 1: Reject the Item
Completely reject the item if it has irreparable flaws:
- Open the QC photos
- Click "Reject Item"
- Submit for LoongBuy’s review (you may receive a refund/store credit).
Option 2: Request Modifications
For minor issues (e.g., loose threads or slight color adjustments):
- Under the QC images review, select "Request Changes."
- Mark problem areas directly on the photos using our annotation tool.
- Add detailed instructions for corrections.
- Submit – our team will communicate the changes to the supplier.
Note: Modification requests may add 1-3 business days to processing time.
Tips for Effective QC Review
- Check all photo angles carefully before approval.
- Compare QC images
- Request additional photos if uncertain about material or stitching quality.
- Revisions must be requested within 48 hours of receiving QC photos.
