How to View LoongBuy Quality Check Photos
1. Log in
2. Go to "My Orders" and locate the order with QC status. 3. Click "View QC Photos" to open the gallery. 4. Zoom in and examine every angle to verify the product meets your standards. Tip: Always check stitching, logos, labels, fabric consistency, and any requested customizations.
How to Request Modifications or Reject Items
If you’re unsatisfied with the product quality:
Option 1: Request Changes
- Click "Request Modification" under the QC photos.
- Specify the issue (e.g., stitching defect, color mismatch) and upload reference images if needed.
- Our team will verify and correct the issue before resubmitting QC images.
Option 2: Reject Item
- Select "Reject This Item".
- Choose a reason (damage, incorrect item, poor quality) for a refund/store credit.
Note: Returns must be initiated within 24-48 hours of QC photo submission.
